Shore Clinical Services is an active member of IGNS

The Shore Clinical team consists of:

• Patients and family
• The physician
• IV therapy nurses
• Case managers and coordinators

Each patient is assigned to a specific nurse case manager to answer all your questions and alleviate any concerns. We provide personalized instruction on medication therapy and administration. Our nurses and case managers also follow up to maintain constant understanding of the prescribed therapy.
